Right from the start the first hour and a half was uphill. Regardless today was one of the most spectacular from a scenery perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-7de82\">There was one challenge my route was blocked by a boom saying no entry by order of the government. So I took a bit of a tough detour. When I arrived at the restaurant for lunch there was a notice saying it will only open at 15.00. Luckily I found a very nice alternative a couple of km\u2019s later and had a really good lunch tagliatelle with tiger prawns. The afternoon was through forests most of the way with some very technical sections along very steep hillsides.
